Mike McTaggart was undiagnosed/misdiagnosed for a year and then found out he had cancer and was told he only has 2-4 months to live.

Mike is a 71-year-old cancer survivor originally misdiagnosed and then finally correctly diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic small cell lung cancer that included an eleven-centimeter tumor in his left lung, three brain tumors, lymph node and adrenal gland tumors in June of 2020. He was given two to four months to live.
Mike is a retired cybersecurity Account Manager. His first career was in restaurant ownership. This was a career that taught him about hard work, stress and dealing with people.
Mike is married to a wonderful woman, and they have three successful adult children, seven Grandchildren and fifteen Great Grandchildren. It’s quite a brood. He is also the dad to three Shetland sheep dogs and one Arabian horse.
They recently moved from California to the White Mountains in Northeast Arizona, Show Low to be exact. He lived most of his life in California, but it became too restrictive and expensive to retire there.
They are fortunate to have state of the art medical facilities in Show Low and top-notch Cancer Center. His California cancer team was fantastic, and he was afraid to leave them.
He says, every day is a new adventure and he tries to live it to the best of his ability. He recognizes how blessed he is and feels deeply grateful.
